I recently migrated from windows where I didn't have problems with DL speed although on windows it would often disconnect and reconnect which makes me think hardware. This is a bummer as I really like linux mint otherwise. Today I realized my download speeds were slow on my laptop but much faster on my phone. My card is recognized it's just that the DL speed is super slow.
